Half a year ago…

  1. I began my new career working for an undisclosed state doing marketing for an undisclosed lean protein that swims in the water. I travel lots, eat and drink lots of wine.
  2. Seattle now feels like home. In LA I feel like I’m on vacation and the air feels unfamiliar. Out here things feel as they should be. This surprises me.
  3. Recently I went to Dallas for an eternity and a half and all I brought back for my boys was a coffee mug the shape of a cowboy boot. They were not as excited as I thought they’d be (as you can see by the expressions on their faces).
